I think it is important to follow The Four Way Test in life because it will teahc you to be a better person. First it is better to tell the truth than lie. When you lie people won't trust you and you are in big trouble.

You should be fair to others so no one feels left out. For example, if you bring a popsicle four the student you should bring enough for the whole class. This is being fair.

Along with being fair, you should tr to build good will and better friendships in everything you do. By being a good friend you bring people together not tear them aprat and cause fights.

Lastly, when you do something, you should make sure that it is beneficial for all concerned. One time I was playing with someone who don't like becaus it was good to show others that he could be our friend. By doing that, I was trying to dow what was good for the class.

In conclusion, by following The Four Way test it will make me a better student, a good friend, and help me have a better life.

Testing

There is a way to test yourself. The way is to ask yourself before you say or do anything. The word truth to me means when you don't tell the truth, the truth will still come out later. To my school truth means the best. The word fair means if it is not fair, then don't do it. Fair to our school means equal. The word goodwill means you take very good care of something. To our school goodwill means to like. To me the word friendship means you mean to be nice to find good friends. To our school it means you find nice friends to play with. Beneficial to me means help really hard. To my school it means doing work. That's the four way test!

Dictionaries are benficial for children. They are beneficial because they help you spell words, find the parts of speech, and find out the meanings of a word. They show you maps. They show every flag on earth. They show you the capital of each country. They also have information on states and countries. The Dictionary couldbe in aonther lnaguage. If there were no Dicitonaries, the world would not know other languages or the meanings of the words. Thats why Dictionaries are important to me.

Truth is something that is not false. It is a fact the quality of being true. This essay is filled with truth. It is the turth that pollution is killing my environment by smoke, gas, and dirty dust. It is truth that our schools are getting less money. My education is endanger because good teachers are getting laid off. And it is the truth that San Francisco's streets are filled with homeless people that are sick and have no health care. Telling the truth is good but the truth is not always what you want to hear.

Before I act I always keep the following things in mind truth, fair, better friendships, and whether or not is is beneficial.

Truth means agreement with fact or reality. When I see my friends are copy something, I will think of truth, and I will till my teacher, my friend is copying. Fair means in a fair manner. When I see a new classmate, I will think of fair, then I will help them. Better friendship mean having a good friend and helping her. When my friend doesn't know how to do the homework, I will think of better friendship, then I will help them. Goodwill means kindly feeling. When I help someone, I will think of goodwill. Beneficial means producing good results. When I get 100%, I will think of beneficial.

These four words make me good and I will help someone or have results.

Truth, fairness, goodwill friendship and benficial are imptant to the school. They are helpful ideas to me, too.

They are helpful ideas to me because you need friendship to be happy, fairness to be honest, and goodwill to be caring since there are a lot of people in this school. I will have a lot of friendships . They are important to the school because you need friendships to be happy and goodwill to be a caring. For example, if a ball hits your head and the person who threw the ball asks gently to you "sorr, are you okay?" then that is goodwill and wieh you get hurt, you will be cared.

I will be trustworthy, fair have goodwill, beneficial, and have friendships later on when I go to middle school, high school. and college. I really hope these words help me be a better person or else why would I call them helpful ideas?

Truth is a word that could make better friendships happen. When you tell the truth to your friends they will know they can trust you. Being fair can help you meet new friends. Goodwill can also help meet new friends. Better firendships means helping my friends sometime work together as one. It helps me get to know them even more. All of these are beneficial to everyone in the world. It helps people to be better than they were before.

All these words help people. They can teach people around the world how to change. Even though when I can not follow these fules, I can change. I will change as much as I can in the future. I wnat to make the world a better place to live.
